Oslo-Børs listed Kmc Properties ASA acquires label production facility in Denmark for DKK 75 million. Limo Labels A/S is the largest privately-owned manufacturer of labels in Denmark and among the main producers of labels in Scandinavia. This is KMC Properties’ fourth acquisition in Scandinavia announced in 2021. The company’s portfolio currently consists of more than 40 assets, primarily in the Nordics.

KMC Properties ASA, a real estate company focusing on industrial and logistic properties, has received acceptance of a conditional offer for the acquisition of the real estate company Engvej 13 ApS from Limo Labels A/S, owner of a labels production facility in Denmark, for DKK 75 million (approximately NOK 106 million).

The acquisition of Limo Labels’ production facility provides KMC Properties with another exciting opportunity to deploy our capital to strengthen our portfolio, with a solid tenant on a clear growth trajectory in an expanding industry,” says Liv Malvik, CEO of KMC Properties.

“This transaction further diversifies our customer portfolio and increases our WAULT, as well as our portfolio yield and future dividend capacity.” Limo Labels is the largest privately-owned manufacturer of labels in Denmark and among the main producers of labels in Scandinavia.

Limo Labels offers a world-wide delivery service of its label solutions. In 2020, Limo Labels had revenues of DKK 107 million, up 16 per cent from the previous year, and a profit of DKK 19 million, compared to DKK 7.9 million in 2019.

This is KMC Properties’ fourth acquisition in Scandinavia announced in 2021. The company’s portfolio currently consists of more than 40 assets, primarily in the Nordics, constituting approximately 360,000 sqm in total.

KMC Properties is an Oslo Børs-listed real estate company focusing on industrial- and logistic properties. The company has a diversified portfolio of properties in the Nordics and the Netherlands, as well as an office building in Moscow, Russia. The properties are strategically located and have long lease agreements with solid tenants.
